USOGUI 嘘喰い　- The Lie Eater

I would probably pronounce it us U-So-Gui. High chance it is incorrect since I'm not Japanese. :p What is Usogui? It's a dark manga, meaning it goes deep into the dark side of human beings. It show cases wrath, greed, pride, lust, fear, and most importantly trickery. It's a manga about the underworld gambling in Japan where people can bet on their lives against one another under the referees organization "Kagerou." There is a lot of conspiracy going on in the background. The character development makes the story really enjoyable. The fun part also comes from reading their mental struggles trying to win against one another. The main character Baku Madarame, whose nickname is "usogui" (the Lie Eater), is the legendary gambler. As his title suggests, he goes around and gambles against those people who are gambling member protected by Kagerou and won whenever he caught their lies so to speak. His goal was to challenge the head of Kagerou and take over

Impractial Art - Illustrating A game Character

"It's too artistic, so it's not suitable for game design." Apparently my friend showed the sketch I did to his colleague asking for opinion. Above quote was her response. He works for a start-up game company and she's their lead illustrator. She's absolutely correct. 99% of my free art-loving times are devoted to countless useless sketches. I also never really clean up lines if I was to color them.... Here is what a video game character would look like if I actually was doing a character illustration.
